Could not find model 5470, however a SC 401 on all models is transfer leak error, meaning you need to replace the transfer roller (or more realistically have a trained technician replace it) this should solve your issue, if there is no maintenance on your your machine it will cost you between $200- $300 in parts and labor

Hello I'm in Brazil can not resolve error in my SC990 Ricoh Aficio 2045eSP. This error pops up after 10 copies or printing. Already exchanged cylinder, blade, developer and toner new. Please help me.

Why change the drum, blade, developer ????? You had problems with print quality?? I think it was just spending money ....
You have a network problem or machine firmware. To remove the doubts plug a laptop directly to the machine with a cable (Not necessary a croos cable). This may be a virus network or a broken swith.

Good luck

Copies are half printed and half almost not printed (very lite)

If the copy count is around 150,000 or higher and you haven't replaced the developer as well, it should be replaced. That symptom can cause light copies if it hasn't been replaced every 150,000 cycles.
