Wire is broken off inside wire feed tube and wont pull through tube either

Hi:

You need to replace the gun's liner. To avoid this problem you must decrease the voltage or increase your wire speed.
A new liner will cost you around 20 buck at your nearest Praxair welding store.

If this was useful to you please vote. Thanks

The wire was not coming out and broke off at connector how do i feed wire back through and remove broken wire?

You need to remove the gun's liner and try to pull it out with pliers, if you can't then just replace the liner for a new one.

The welding wire is broke off inside the feeding hose and I can"t get it out....I have a Lincoln 100

If the welding wire is inside the liner and got stuck, you must change the liner, it is an easy fix. Take the gun off the machine and take off nozzle, and tip holder, you will need an allen key for this. Pull out the liner form the bottom of the gun and replace it with a new one. You can buy new liner at any welding shop/store. I will recommend praxair, the carry the prostar line which is very inexpensive, a new liner will cost you around 15 bucks.

My mig welder has stopped feeding the wire. It will no longer feed either end. Is there an easy way to be able to get the wire out? I've tried pulling it out with plyers but it didnt help.

if you have enough wire clamp it in a vise and pull the other end of the weld gun. this keeps everything straight and should allow the wire to pull out of the liner. if that does not work you may have to replace the liner. Let me know if this works.

How do i get the wire out of te welding line if it is broke off inside

Remove the gun assembly off of the unit and carefully remove the liner from the feed tube, at this point you can usually take a spare piece of wire and push it thru the liner and push out the broken wire, if not then pickup a replacement liner from your dealer and install it reverse of the way you took it apart, and you should be back in bussiness. Hope This Helps Don

Relay clicks, gas blows, rollers dont turn

If you use it regularly, the liner should be replaced about every 6 months. Make sure you get a wiper for the wire. It goes inside the machine, on the wire, just before the feed rollers. It keeps the dust from clogging the liner.

Seised wire inside feeding tube

You can replace the liner by removing the shroud tip, and pulling the spring (liner) from the machine end of the trifgger cable.
Liners are replaceable.
