dont know what button was pressed on remote tv is now locked, and turning off power source doesn't work?
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

I had the same problem & have just tried holding the rectangle button with the + sign in it down for 4-5 seconds and it worked - I am sending this message in here as I can't find where to say thankyou - I was going crazy and such a simple thing to do fixed it - thank you again

Our dog stood on the remote and now we have a lock symbol on the top left hand corner of our Centrex TV. Our remote is not the original and we've tried holding down every button for 4 seconds, turned the power off. Nothing has worked.

the tv is locked and is off i can turn on but did not work. And also I just have a generic remote control.

I have a centrex 80 cm tv and it has locked. There is a blue screen with a red lock in the top left hand corne. Can you please tell me how to unlock it.

Centrex television (Model: CTT 29 PF 12 is on store receipt; model YKF-64D-42 appears on TV's remote, owner manual misplaced) - padlock symbol showing on blue TV screen - haven't been able to use set for days.

Son laid on remote control!!!

Please help!!!!

there is a button on the remote that has a rectangle shape on it with a + inside the rectangle. Hold it down for 4 seconds or more.

hold down the button with the + sumbol on it for at least 5 seconds, then turn off and back on the TV, it should play fine.

Had the same problem with the same TV. Hold down the DISPLAY button for 5 seconds or more while the TV is on.
