Question about RIM BlackBerry 8700c Cellular Phone
I cannot move the screens or open any app.
2 things come to mind:
The cable that connects the touch part of the screen is loose or has disconnected somehow. You will need to open the phone to make sure.
Your screen may have died. It happens.
I recommend you bring it to a local repair shop to make sure, if it's just a loose cable it's best to let them do it for cheap, as you may break small chips while opening the phone.
I hope this helped.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Try to uninstall your app, and better yet to set your bb to format. It is the same thing happened to me last month with my Bold 9780 and now, it work just fine and smoothly.
