Question about HP Officejet 5510 All-In-One Thermal Printer
I have 2 brand new cartridges - I've tried all the troubleshooting tips, I've tried printing test pages but as per problem it acts like it's printing but no ink. I've manually cleaned the ink cartridge heads and confirmed that ink is running - all to no end.
See if you have tried cleaning the cartridges and you still face this issue try with diffrent cartridges and if again you still face this issue then its your printer that needs replacement,since i work for HP.
Tell ya what call in to hp at 1800-474-6836 and ask for an upgrade where you will get 50% atleast off on the upgraded printer and you will get a high end and also then you can extend your warranty for 3 years so if you face any hardware or software issues then your printer cost will be covered by hp and you will get a replacement printer free of cost if its a hardware issue and software assistance free of cost,Think about it and then call us up
