I have a HP LaserJet M1522nf. When I send a fax or form feed a document to make a copy I am now seeing a line appear on the copy. How can I remove this line?

There is some sort of debris on the adf scanner glass. Lift the lid and look at the small **** of glass on the left hand side. This is where the actual scanning occurs. Use some good window cleaner and a soft cloth to make sure that there is no glue, whiteout or other gunk on the glass. If the glass is scratched, then that **** glass needs to be replaced.

Adf door is open

Try a nvram. While the printer is off, hold down the down arrow and the cancel button and turn the printer back on, hold down until permanent storage init is displayed on the lcd.

The automatic document feeder doesn't grab the paper unles the sheet of paper is pushed. Even then, feeding doesn't work well. Can you help?

Generally, you could clean the document feed rollers with WD-40, or a platen cleaner, but better yet, you should replace the pads and feed roller and I think you could do it yourself with my roller kit:
Roller ***'y,ADF Pick-Up,M1522n/nf/M2727/CM2320mfp

Ok, try a nv ram. Hold down the down arrow and the cancel button while the printer is off, turn the power on and hold until you see permanent storage init.

Printing speed problem

Laserjets have limited amount of ram to keep large docs in memory, you can increase the document or in windows have it spool on your machine first.
