On the Vostroâ„¢ 1440, 1450, 1540, 1550, 2420 and 2520, use the Fn + F2 key to turn wireless/bluetooth On or Off. Use Windows Mobility Center in the control panel to check the status of the wireless connection.

if they are completely destroyed you should buy new ones. if they are under warranty and it is an error on their side you can get them replaced by calling the company.
