( Power factor correction ) Circuit protection on controls. The LG a/c is manufactured using the PFC and sign wave technology, By the PFC control, Raising the operating voltage from the existing DC 280 v to DC 380 v can be done. Thereby it makes operation smooth in high-frequency area. The sine wave control enables soft operation in low frequency area, Thereby expanding the product's operating range. This also markedly improves the product's energy efficiency. hope this helps

Power off at the isolator for 10 mins then switch back on and try again. If error code persists, then it is most likely the controller in the outdoor unit.
Excessive voltage of DC voltage on PFC circuit in inverter PCB is detected, or the excessive current in the circuit is detected.
> Permanent stop.
[Diagnosis Point]
Controller PCB defective (Refer to after mentioned "PFC circuit diagnosis")

46RV535U 46 in. HDTV LCD TV where is the fuse

There are several fuses on the power supply board.

Usually the one that fails is not the main AC line fuse (which is close to the AC line input), but the PFC fuse located, you guessed it, next to the PFC regulator IC on the board.

When the PFC fuse is blown (measuring open) you also need to replace the PFC IC and possibly other components on the board. Most of the time the PFC is sufficient though.

Here's a link for repair service for the board:

Also search there for the TV model, we may have repair kits or exchange services available!

Hope this helps!

My PFC IGBT is blown again and again. I had tryed 60Amp and 1200Vots IGBTS. I also changed it OPto,s as well SG3525, and SG3854 with lm358N and c40660B. But problem did not reslove yet. now can you send...

Fixya is not associated with any manufacturer. So unless someone here happens to have the schematic you would have to get that from Liebert/Emerson.

Unless the igbt's are being overloaded then the usual suspect area is the driver/switching. Usually that section fails and they latch on and POP.

My ups cannot give backup when AC power fails no power supplied to PC then PC is restarted but i replaced a new battery but no result found. What is the solution for this problem ?

It sounds like you have a computer with an Active PFC (Power Factor Correction) Power Supply.

Back-UPS units, when running on battery power, output a Modulated / Stepped Sign Wave. Active PFC Power Supplies are NOT compatible with this pseudo-sign wave power, which is the reason it will not stay running.

You need a Smart-UPS unit, capable of delivering a true sign wave when on battery output.

Toshiba e-studio 160, c56 error code.. how can i reset this code.. pls help me..

C56 indicates Communications error between the PFC and the CPU on the main PWA. What u can do:
1.Check if the connector CN36 or CN35 on the relay PWA is disconnected.
2.Check if any conductor pattern (PFRXD, PFREQ, PFACK, MACK/PF, PFTXD, or MREQ/PF
between the IC, IC2 and CN36) on the relay PWA is open- or short-circuited.
3.Replace the relay PWA.
4.Replace the PFC PWA.
5.Replace the main PWA.
