Is it incorrectly wired? There should be one wire going to a permanent 12V feed, so thsat even when the car is off it has power. I sounds like it doesn't have that connected.

sorry about typo, so that even when the car is off it has power

Logik L26DVDB20 instructions

First make sure that the TV is set to the TV source (DTV or TV), depending on if you are looking for digital signals or analog. The top-most button on the right-hand side of the TV (as you face the TV) will let you navigate through the source list. The equivalent button on the original remote is to the upper right of the arrow keys. Press OK on the remote to switch inputs. Note: the Volume + does the same thing. The Channel +/- buttons on the TV let you navigate to a menu item. Make sure that the aerial antenna connection is secure. (Note: TV antennas with amplifiers can have the amplifier fail. Try a direct connection to the antenna without the amplifier, if no channels are found.)

Now, press the TV Menu button (on the remote, it's on the left side above the arrow keys). Alternatively, press the Menu button (the second button from the top on the TV). Use the left/right buttons (Channel buttons on the TV) to go to the Channel menu item. Press the Down button (volume down) to enter the setup section. Select Auto-Tuning and press the down arrow. Press OK or right arrow to start searching for channels. (If you only want to look for digital or analog stations, use those setting options instead of Auto-Tuning.) Wait for the search for available stations to populate. Press Exit or press the Menu button repeatedly to exit the menu system.

ManualsLib has the user manual for the L26DVDB20 here: https://www.manualslib.com/products/Logik-L26dvdb20-3947852.html . The page for auto-tuning is here: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/990700/Logik-L26dvdb20.html?page=19#manual .

I hope this helps.

Hi, I need an operating manual, as this radio is fitted into a vehicle I have just purchased and no idea how to work any of the features and if you tune it to a station all have gone next time the...

In regards to the stations not staying there when you turn the car off, the 12 volt wire that has 12v all the time is not connected or it is connected to accessories. If is an after market radio then the yellow wire should have 12v all the time. As for the manual you will need to post the model number.
