My account has been suspended and i want to reinstate it.

the only way is to cantact ebay support:

You should have received an email explaining the problem and what needs to happen before your account can be reinstated. If you can't find it, click My eBay at the top of the page. You'll find a copy of the email after clicking the Messages tab.

There are two reasons why an account may be suspended:

Non-payment of eBay fees: Account balances of $1 or more must be paid in full each month. We'll automatically reinstate your account once your balance is paid. You can pay by credit or debit card, by check, or through your PayPal account.

Violation of our rules and policies: For policy violations, you need to check the email we sent you. It will explain what the problem was and what needs to happen before the account can be reinstated. You can learn about our policies.

I have unexpected problem with paying my sellers on time, I certainly will pay them but it will take longer than it should.I don't want strikes on the account or I will be resticted and find it hard to pay...

Ebay doesnot make a seller open a case after so long. They will only advise a case be opened due to no transaction of money. You have 10 days to pay anyway and this should be enough time. That is unless the payment is by check or money order that has to travel from one country to another which can take 2 weeks.

If you do would have the money to pay for an item within 10 days of auction close then do not bid on that item. If you don't want bad reputation on your account then only bid on whatyou can afford at the time or pay for within 10 days. If they are not giving you the 10 days (unless ebay changed this policy since i last looked), you can report the seller to ebay for abuse and misuse of the complaint system.

I have a suspended ebay account. I paid 18.19 that was due on Nov. 17th. I thought that was the problem. It remains suspended and I have no idea why? Ca you assist me?

Hi there!

With regard to the suspension in your account, if it's about billing it could be that your account's being charged off.
A charge off means eBay has recognized your balance as debt to eBay for accounting purposes. Keep in mind that you still owe this amount to eBay. Additionally, eBay reserve the right to pursue collections efforts, including use of a collection agency.

To avoid further collections efforts and to remove the suspension,I recommend that you need to pay for the fees. eBay will reinstate your account as soon as eBay receive payment for this amount.
Here's what to do:
-- Check your invoice
To see the overdue balance and a breakdown of the fees you've been charged, follow these steps:
1. Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
2. Click the "Account" tab.
3. Click the "All account activity" link under your current balance.
You'll see a summary of your latest invoice and a list of fees, credits and payments from the last 4 months. To see a previous invoice, select the one you want from the "Invoices" drop-down menu on the right side of the page.
-- Make a payment
eBay accept payment by PayPal, direct debit, credit card, check, or money order.
Here's how to make a one-time payment:
1. Go to My eBay. You may need to sign in.
2. Click the "Account" tab.
3. Under "Payment methods for Seller Fees," click the "one-time payment" link.
4. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.
How long will it take for your payment to go through?
-- One-time credit card and direct debit payments post immediately to your account.
-- PayPal payments take approximately 5 business days to post.
-- Checks take approximately 7-10 business days to post.
To learn more about paying your eBay seller fees, go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/pay-fees.html
Once your payment has been posted, your account will be reinstated automatically, and you'll be able to start selling on eBay again immediately.
I hope I've explained this clearly. If you have any problems please add a note here or you can send another concern.

I hope this helps. Please rate if it does!

Ebay Payment Method

There are a number of ways to pay on eBay. Most sellers offer more than one option. Some payment options offer more protection than others, so be sure to select a method of payment that makes you feel comfortable.

If you have additional questions about payment options, you can contact the seller directly. You can find the seller's email address by clicking on the User ID in the listing or by looking in the End of Listing email that you received when the listing closed.

Sellers may not ask or require you to pay by instant cash wire transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram. They may not ask you to pay by cash. These payment methods are not permitted on eBay. Please refer to the Accepted Payments policy for details on permitted and non-permitted payment methods. Payment services that are not permitted on eBay may, in fact, be outstanding services for consumers in other contexts. eBay’s evaluation relates only to whether a particular service is appropriate for the eBay Marketplace. If a seller asks you to pay with a payment method that is not permitted on eBay, report the seller.

Clicking the Pay Now button is the fastest way to pay on eBay. Common payment methods available using the Pay Now button include:
  • PayPal
  • Credit Card
  • Personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders
The seller may accept other types of payment methods involving escrow companies (recommended for high-price items) and bank-to-bank wire transfers. More information on each method of payment is provided below:
