Question about Canon PIXMA MP610 InkJet Printer
I just got this error message on my MP610 printer. I took the print head out and wiped it with a moist towel then dried it, but to no avail. It still has the error message. HELP
Make sure the contacts on the carriage assy. where the printhead sits are clean also. If your printer is still under warranty it will be repaired free of charge, if not, it sounds like you may need a new printhead. The part number for the printhead is printed on one side, it's always a qy6- number followed by 2 sets of 3 numbers each.
