Check the sensor flag that normally sees the paper when it lifts into position. If necessary, remove the toner cartridge before you have to turn the printer on its side. Take a good look for that sensor flag. It may either be stuck or, missing. Carefully move it and see if it's binding or rubbing against something. Good luck.

SOURCE: My ecosys fs-3900dn printer gives this error 0150:0119695

It is a "mechanical error". The part after the colon is the number of pages printed. It's probably worthwhile taking the trays, toner and cartridge out and opening all the access doors and checking for something obvious before calling in an engineer.

SOURCE: how do i print envelopes on a kyocera ecosys FS-1300d

Just a suggestion but in the application you are using, make sure the "Page Setup" is set to the envelope you need and the source for the envelope is correct.

Also, check the driver settings to make sure they match what the application needs.

Hi

You need to check that the paper detection sensor just close to the rollers is still there , you might have blown it out of place or worse broke it ,

that's the only sensor that detects the paper

Where is the MP tray?

It's the small door at the very front of the machine...located directly above the main paper feed tray. Just pull it open and lower it down. MP stands for Multi-Purpose and is for different paper types and sizes that are not available from the main tray.

"add paper cassette"

Turn the printer off. Pull the paper cassette out and push down the green tab down to see if there is any paper jam inside. put the cassette back in and turn the printer on. Worked on my kyocera FS - 1370 DN.

Kyocera FS3900DN reporting add paper cass

The problem is with paper pickup rollers. They are at the begining of the tras.

Try to clean it, and try to rotate it.

If it's not moving then try to disassamble it. You will see there is a spring underneath the rollers. Be sure if the spring stands in its place.

Feel free to ask.
