The drawer may not be seated in the track correctly. If it is removable, remove it & replace it, making sure the rollers are in the track. Inspect the rollers themselves, looking for breaks or cracks. If this fails, the cause may be hidden & you will need a qualified technician to uncover the reason.
EITHER OT HAS BEEN MOVED RECENTLY AND THE FRAME MAY BE SLIGHTLY TWISTED . IF THE DRAW HAS BEEN REMOVED IT MAY NOT HAVE LOCKED INTO THE SLIDES CORRECTLY ?
MAKE SURE THE DD IS LEVEL AND FREE FROM ANY MOVEMENT . THE FRONT COVER HASNT COME AWAY
IF THIS DOESNT WORK UNHOOK THE DRAW FROM ITS ROLLERS AND MAKE SURE THE TABS AT THE VERY REAR OF EACH IS PULLED FORWAED BEFORE REFITTING THE DRAW TO ALLOW IT TO ENGAGE EVENLY
I HOPE THIS HELPS
On both sides of the draw you will see two plastic pins .Using some long nose pliers you will need to turn them in order to pull them out. Once you have support the draw and get someone to push the sliders backwards into the dishwasher as you pull the draw forward.
You will need to push the draw to one side and place it on a stable chair or box of some sort. Be aware you will have to leave all the hoses attached .
This will now give you access
I just had the same issue on a Technika TSX6SS-2. Called in a service tech to fix it and it was a little clip under the machine that was putting it into Half Load mode (although the light on the panel wasn't indicating it was). The spring / clip on the clip had broken due to corrosion from the tablets (according to the Tech). He removed it and all is working OK again - although I can't (and never did) use the Half Load option.
Open the top draw. On each side of the draw at the bottom / front, is a clip that releases the rails that the draw slides in and out on. Press the clips in to release and slide it back (into the machine as if you were closing the draw). Do this one at a time and then lift the draw slightly and rotate the draw anti-clockwise direction (due to the plumbing) and lay the draw on its left hand side. The draw is out!
