My Huffy Rock Creeks left crank is really loose. Looks like its missing a spacer or something. Where do i get one?

this is the side with out the chain ring, it should use a Allen wrench or socket wrench. if this is a mountain bike or road bike a crank arm it usually takes a crank breaker tool to remove arms so if it is loose it sounds like it should be replaced. anyway if it does come off, clean it with any cleaning solution and put grease on the bottom bracket<if you don't have grease you can use Crisco or petroleum jelly> put crank arm back on and then tighten bolt back. this is for a three peace crank, if it is a one peace then its a matter of tightening bolts.

How to replace a chain with master link on a Schwinn Airdyne

Airdyne Chain Replacement with Master link

This video will demonstrate how to replace the chain with master link on a Schwinn Airdyne.
  • First remove the cotter pin and clevis pin from the user's right handlebar. Then lower the connecting arm and handlebar.
Caution: be sure to hold the handlebar as it will come loose after removal of the above parts.
  • Remove the connecting arm and pedal and crank arm by removing the wedge pin. To simplify this process loosen the nut and tap on it with a small hammer until the pin is loosened.
  • Remove the nut, wedge pin, crank arm and connecting arm.
  • Next remove the chain guard; there are three screws attaching it as shown in the video.
  • Remove the chain by locating the master link. Remove the lock pin and the cover, and then disconnect the chain.
  • Place the new chain on the sprockets as shown in the video.
  • Install the master link, cover and lock.
  • Re-install the chain guard and attaching screws.
  • Re-assemble the connecting arm to the handlebar and eccentric.
  • Be sure the brass bushing is installed in the front inner side of the connecting arm before installing the clevis pin and cotter pin.
  • Install the crank arm with pedal.
Be sure when completing this step that the crank arm is installed in the opposite position as the users left side crank arm.
  • Install the nut onto the wedge pin and tighten.
  • This completes the procedure.

I have a 2000 mercury cougar. when i drive on a rough road or the road is wet the rear of the car slides to the right and i feel like the back end is going to fall off. this started after having the car...

I would check the rear sway bar links first. This is what keeps the car from going all over when turning and on bumpy roads. This is not an expensive fix.The control arms are a lot more.

The crank arm is stripped on the left side of the bike

Yes, the crank-arm could be replaced.
1.You would need to remove the flat nut holding the crank to the frame. And then take out the bearing.
2. A special open-ended wrench is required to remove this nut. Please visit your local bicycle shop for a new crank-arm, and the required tools, also.
3. Put in new crank-arm and its bearing.
4. Grease the bearing.
5. Tighten nut.
6. Give it a test ride.

Not a good thing. Is there a pedal arm stop missing? Is the master cylinder fully returning?

Bike pedal arm keeps falling off as i pedal.

You need a new crank arm. If you ride with the nut loosened what happens is the square part of the bottom bracket shaft wears the hole out in the aluminum crank and it no longer fits snugly no matter how much you tighten it down.
