Per Page 11, "Pull the chuck release ring towards the front and remove
the chuck completely. When fitting the chuck, pull the
release ring towards the front and hold it in this position.
Push the chuck onto the guide tube as far as it will
go and release the ring. Rotate the chuck until it engages
and the ring snaps back into its original position |3|. The
TE-C interchangeable chuck or quick-release interchangeable
chuck may be tited to the TE 2-M with chuck
interface |2|."

My 2005 Dodge Caravan head lights and dome lights stays on a little longer then the norm. Also the chime indicator that lets you know that you left the lights on or you left the keys in the ignition comes on as soon the door is open.I have had one battery go dead on me . Can't afford to be replacing batteries when they go dead on me! Can you help?

Try any tool retailer, parts for the TE10 haven't been made for a while. You should find that one of the side handles for current machines will fit.
