If nothing else has fixed your problem, you could try these general solutions.
Clear your cache Clear your browser's cache (the temporary files your browser stores to make sites load faster). Sometimes an old or incompatible file may be stored in your browser's cache. If you clear the cache new files will be downloaded the next time you visit the page.

Check your internet connection Chatango will not work on proxy connections.
Try a different way of connecting to the internet and see if that solves your problems.
If it works on your computer or device with one connection but not another - the problem is probably with the connection.
