SOURCE: Model 55295 - Brushed Nickel Fan with Black Blades

The globe rotates counterclockwise, Apply pressure to the glass, then once it lines up, it slips out. It's a pain and may require some gentle force. If its stuck spray lightly with WD40. Be careful. Saxman, Home Depot would be the only way to get the cover. If they dont have it, you may be stuck.Hampton Bay doesnt sell parts. Sorry.

SOURCE: Light not working by pull chain or remote.

I would try removing the remote part. Connect the two main (light & fan) wires direct to your house main. Then if the pull chain works then you just need a new remote unit.

One of the blades on my Casa Viega brushed nickel fan is falling down, can it be fixed?

Bent??? Or just LOOSE? If it's loose, it can be tightened easily (it probably requires just a screwdriver). If it's truly BENT, it probably can't be fixed - those brackets aren't usually available (they very seldom get damaged), and they're cast so they cannot be straightened. Even if they COULD be straightened, it'd be very difficult to get the bend exactly correct (which is why they're cast instead).

Trying to remove the Hunter Stratford II 52" ceiling fan. The canopy ring rotates approximately 1/4 turn but does not release.

Page 8 of the model 20761 Hunter ceiling fan shows how to remove the canopy trim ring. Ours had double stick tape holding the brushed nickel to a plastic trim ring. Dropped it, then squeezed the plastic ring.

Size of screws to mount fan blades

mcdevito75 here, A large hardware store like Home Depot, Doody's should have a standard kit of screws for the fan blades of most newer ceiling fans.

I need a blade bracket for a brushed nickel finish

You will only be able to obtain a replacement from either a Minka Dealer that happens to have one in stock, or from Minka directly.

As the Minka is very restrictive with their distribution, it would be best to contact them directly with a request for a replacement part/

Here is the web site for Minka and you can see your model, the Acero, listed on the ceiling fan section. If you look at the bottom of the page, you'll find a "contact us" link that you can use to request information about getting your replacement part. There is also a "dealer contact" link at the top of the page, so you can locate a nearby dealer that might be able to order the part for you, etc.

Hopefully you'll be able to get the replacement blade bracket, as your fan model is still in production, and as such, should have spare parts available.

I hope you'll find this Very Helpful and best regards!
