REDUCING KEYPAD VOLUME
STEP 1 Press the phone's menu key, located between the two soft keys on the top of its keypad.
STEP 2 Scroll to "Settings" and press the center key to select it.
STEP 3 Scroll to "Ring Styles," press the center key, scroll to the specific ring profile that you are using and press the center key to select it.
STEP 4 Scroll to "Key Volume," select it by pressing the center button, turn the volume all the way down and press the center button to lock your changes.
STEP 5 Press the soft key labeled "Exit" to exit the menu system.
STEP 6 Repeat this process for every ring profile in which you want the keypad not to make sound when you use it.
