Question about Panasonic KXT 61610 R3 Key Service Unit Phone
I have a Uniden cordless phone with an extended phone that connects in another room, but both says on hold, and I can hear the other person, but that person can't hear me. Please instruct me on how to get my two phones of hold,Doretha Jackson

My guess is that you have a KXT-624 or 824 system.Follow the instuctions here: http://www.onholdplus.com/products/7000series_connect1.html
Then, if you get lucky, when you go to any system phone and press "1" without picking up the handset, the music will play.
If it doesn't and you don't get MOH, you may have to do some programming in system program 111.
