There is a solenoid on your machine that lets in water for the dispenser. Make sure that the solenoid is receiving power. If no power check the switch - if power, the solenoid may be stuck shut - happens. Sometimes a good whack will unstick it! .

hi, the tile is supposed to go under the toilet flange (the thing you put the wax ring on), very common "oops", can be rectified by placing another wax ring right on top of the first on. best to make the first one a "horn type" wax ring, then put the plain one (no horn) on top of first and try to smoosh it on just enough to stay in place so when you install toilet it doesn't move,.....cheers!

Thanks for all your information. A neighbour came over and saw that it was the tank valve that had broken and so he went out to Home Depot, bought the part and it's now working. Yeah!!!
