try calling cable operator

Try an auto tune process to get all channels in sequence. Refer to its user manual for details.

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, list of Dealers, for spare parts and service and Installation Instructions as required.

Try Auto re-tune after complete look in manuel tuning menu for chanel sort and change chanel location if needed

It has been a long time since I have used one but I believe you can hook it directly to the rca jacks in the back of the tv... then I believe you need to be tuned into the AUX chanel on your tv set ... some tv's if you hit 00 this puts you to it ..others start from chanel two and go down ... hope it helps .. have fun playing the 64

try to reset ur tv to factory setting.....should be in ur instruction booklet...when done try to set to automatic channel search and it should find Chanel for ur area
