to be a good, non-religious basic template for life. It seeks to eliminate suffering in life by eliminating attachment. That is, you can have all the positive thoughts you would like, but you should not become attached to positive thinking. Likewise with negative thought. All should be experienced, then let go. This is how one lives positively.
