You might wish to consider the possibilities of the free webspace offered by the folks at Windows.Live.com. Have a look at the skydrive feature, which allows you to upload content, make it accessible to groups you define, and restrict it in accord with your preferences. Whether they allow you enough space to make it interactive in the way you describe depends, I guess, on the content you want to post to your space.
Google sites also seems to offer free webspace, though I'm not as familiar with it, you can learn more at https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?continue=http%3A%2F%2Fsites.google.com%2F%3Fhl%3Den%26tab%3Dw3&service=jotspot&passive=true&ul=1
You may have to set up your windows system as a server to the website, if you can't write code simple enough to allow the database to function online, but in that case you could trigger downloads with a button of some kind on the site that sent the results to the database. At that point it's a little over my head, I'm afraid.
I hope this proves helpful, and leads you in the right direction.

SOURCE: Loan Balance
Loan balance is the amount you are expecting to borrow, or the amount you have leftover on a loan if you are calculating the interest rate of the remaining balance. This number is completely up to you, and it provides you with a way to find out how much you can afford to borrow based on the monthly payments you can afford as well. To find out the total amount of cash advance that you will have paid in total by the time the loan is paid off, you multiply the monthly payments by the total months of the loan (loan term years x 12).

Study for the written test. Even longtime drivers may not remember all of the specific driving rules and laws for their state. Any prospective driver will have to study long and hard in order to learn all of the applicable rules and laws. If you don't pass the written portion of your driver's license exam, you can't pass the exam as a whole. Practice your driving skills and techniques for the driving portion of the driver's license exam. You can obtain information about the specific driving skills you will need to demonstrate on this portion of the exam from the driver's license review booklet for your state. Get in a car with a licensed driver, such as your parent, and practice these skills. Make sure that you can do all of these skills smoothly while following applicable driving rules and regulations. If you have difficulty performing any of these driving tasks, continue to practice until you can do them perfectly before you go to take the driver's license exam for the first time.
Consider taking a driving training course. You can take such courses in person in a classroom setting or by using a book, video tape or DVD. Many of these in person driving training courses also contain behind the wheel training so you can get comfortable with your driving techniques and skills on the road. All of the available training courses will help you learn and review your state's driving laws and rules, which will help you pass your driver's license exam the first time.
