that indicates poor connection of the hard disk connection.
you have to remove and put back the disk and if the problem remains then you have to buy one from your local market and put it.
That might solve your problem

Our Canon iPF810 recently had the error message "E602-401B" while it was still under warranty. At that time the hard drive was replaced, but it didn't solve the problem so the original hard drive was put back in and the firmware was updated and the machine worked fine for about 9 months.
We got the same message again and the machine was not under warranty so repair would be quite expensive ($1000.00 flat rate fee). After making calls to repair places, one place gave me some valuable information.
They suggested that if I could get into "Service Mode", select "System Setup" and then "Erase HDD". They said the hard drive probably needed to be defragmented. Amazingly enough, it worked! The hardest part was figuring out how to get into "Service Mode".
With the machine switchoff OFF, hold down the "sheet or roll feed button" and the "information button". Keep these pressed and switch the machine on, keeping the buttons pressed until you see an "S" in the top right-hand corner of the display, then let go of the buttons. You should now be in "Service Mode". Then go to "System Setup" and then "Erase HDD". Your machine should work after following these procedures.
It seems like the plotter stores every plot in its memory. After a period of time, the plotter's memory gets filled up and the "E602-401B" error message occurs. To prevent this from happening, periodically erase all the old plots. The procedure for doing this is as follows:
On the plotter "Main Menu" choose: "Job Management", "Stored Job", "Common Box", "Job List". Then delete each drawing/plot.
