Open your device manager again and go down to the bottom where the USB controllers are. Click on the plus sign and right click on the "standard enhanced pci to usb host contoller" Click on disable. Reboot and when you do you may have to unplug the EUB 362 EXt and plug it back in. You should then see the grey bars in the lower right of your screen where the two monitors are. Then click "Start" and then "Connect To" and your available networks screen should pop up. Double click on the network you want to connect to and away you go.
