I am having the same issue, Were you able to aquire a lamp driver module for your projector?

check your power cord first, if good, if not replace it. if the problem still occur, check the power supply board of your projector. and replce it.

Download zebra setup utility and use it to configure print quality.

Fill with vinegar and let set over night or as long as possible then rinse with water.

The projector has one or more "burnt" polarizers, more than likely.

They are replaceable, but expensive if you buy them from the manufacturer.

Look on Google for "burnt polarizer".

It's not the easiest job, but at least they're replaceable.
