As far as I know, these don't have different ringtones other than the default one. I suppose it would ring different if you have a headset plugged in, and there is a way to make it NOT ring.

Other than that, here is the User Guide from AT&T How To Use Your Partner Phone

I tried making a ringtone for my iPod touch4 on iTunes but it did not work, how do I do it?

iPod Touches don't use ringtones; however, this is a guide to making ringtones for other purposes.
Prerequisites for ringtones:
  1. Has to be less than 30 seconds.
  2. Has to be not protected music. (otherwise you have to buy the ringtone through iTunes)
How to make ringtone:
  1. Open up your iTunes
  2. Right click the song under your library and select "create ACC version"
  3. Once the copy of the ACC version has been made, right click the ACC version.
  4. Click "Get Info", then, select "Options" from the selection tab.
  5. Check both the start time and end time.
  6. Change the start time and the end time so that it has a 30-second portion of your choosing to be used as your ringtone.
  7. After this, confirm by clicking "Ok".
  8. Then, drag this file to your desktop.
  9. Its name should be "NameOfSong.m4a"
  10. You need to change it to "NameOfSong.m4r"
  11. Right click the "NameOfSong.m4a" on the desktop and click "Get Info"
  12. Under the "Name & Extension" change the "NameOfSong.m4a" to "NameOfSong1.m4r" (NOTICE I CHANGED THE EXTENSION FROM ".m4a" to ".m4r" AND I ADDED A "1"
  13. Tap enter.
  14. Confirm that you want to change to ".m4r".
  15. Delete the ACC version in iTunes.
  16. Open the "NameOfSong.m4r" and it will import into iTunes into your ringtones.
  17. Sync your device and make sure "Ringtones" sync.
  18. There you go!

Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#103"
the display should say system time and the current programmed time
enter the new time in 24 hour format
