SOURCE: My computer has had everything

Here is mcafee download page .
Unless you have licence number for your mcafee, you can only download free (trial ) version or pay a small fee for full version. If you have valid mcafee licence number you need to contact mcafee in your region. Here is link for USA.
If you live in a different region click 'global site' at the top of the page and select your region.
If you do not have licence you can start downloading free version. It will last 3 or 6 months, then will work but won't do virus update anymore.

SOURCE: McAfee not updating

Some files might have been corrupted somehow.

As per the error, you need to uninstall Mcafee and then reboot the computer. Then once your windows boots back, re-install Mcafee from the CD you purchased. That should solve any corruption problems.

Need help uninstalling?  Click Start -> Run, then type appwiz.cpl and press enter. You will get the Add/Remove programs. Go down and select Mcafee Total Security and click on remove and follow the simple instructions on the screen.

I can't access McFee protection on my Dell pc. The McAfee icon has disappeared from desk top and the link at the bottom right hand side of screen doesn't work.

The advantage of using McAfee is they have a very good support system. Google 'McAfee support' and take it from there. I have found the live chat with a McAfee to be very good.

My problem is I can't login to my Facebook

On the Facebook login page, you can find both, I forgot my password and forgot my login account.
While setting up your account, you gave Facebook a possibility to find out if you are the owner of the account. Like some security questions and or a return e-mail address. If someone wanted to hack your account, and he / she knew the answers to your security questions, (or easy could guess them) it was easy to hack the page.
And if the did so, I think they already changed the return mail address. If not, just goto the Facebook login page and ask Facebook to help you. When your page is already in use by others, you can't get it back, unless you can convince (already) Facebook it was recently hacked.

Really, only Facebook can help you. Don't try to change anything on your phone, to get things straight, us a computer to login.

Hack a facebook account

Despite what the media says, it's impossible for the average person to hack Facebook.

If you were to uncover a security hole in Facebook, you'd be a professional security researcher and Facebook would find out before the general population knew. The hole would be fixed before people at large knew about it.

People who access others' Facebook accounts are usually doing one of 2 things:
1) Using a computer where the person didn't log out before walking away
2) Social engineering hack attacks - that's where you trick someone into telling you their password so you can login as them. Some viruses or scam emails can do this.

Ignoring for a moment that hacking a Facebook account is highly illegal (the FBI will pay you a visit), it's also effectively impossible for most people to do.

That's assuming you're asking "how can *I* hack a Facebook account?". If you're asking "how could someone hack *my* Facebook account?", then it's a similar story. Just protect yourself:
1) Use a good password (a *long* password is better than a short one with capital letters and numbers)
2) Don't use that password on any other website
3) Don't type in your Facebook password on a computer you don't trust. For example, internet cafes are a hotbed of people who install key loggers on the computers and come back later to see everything you typed (and get your password). Simply avoid those computers.

Someone as hacked my facebook account and is inviting people to be my friend and also is carrying on conversations with my friends, I changed my password. What else can be done to stop this person?

Click here to recover your account..
https://www.facebook.com/hacked

After you recover it, I recommend setting up Login Approvals to ensure it doesn't happen again.

What are login approvals? How do I turn this setting on? Login approvals are an extra security feature similar to login notifications, but with an extra security step. If you turn on login approvals, you'll be asked to enter a special login code each time you try to access your Facebook account from a new computer or mobile phone. After you log in, you'll have the option to give that device a name and save it to your account. You won't have to enter a code when you log into any of these recognized devices.
To turn on login approvals:
  1. Go to your Security Settings page ( 851580_142488495957208_1588909839_n.png > Account Settings > Security)
  2. Click on the Login Approvals section
  3. Check the box and save your changes
A few things to note:
  • You need to have a mobile phone number listed on your account to turn on login approvals. You can add one to your account when you turn on login approvals.
  • If you haven't named the device you're using, you'll be asked to do so when you turn on login approvals. Don't click the Save this device option if you're using a computer that other people use (ex: a library computer).
  • After you turn on login approvals, we need to be able to remember your computer and browser info so we can recognize it next time you log in. Some browser features block this. If you've turned on private browsing or set up your browser to clear your history every time it closes, you might have to enter a code every time you log in. Learn more.

Issue: i tried to log in to facebook from my phone and when i enter my info and click ok it only takes me back to home screen and says i need to log in. i tried loggin in on someone else\'s account and it worked. what could it be?

Causes and solution:

1) There are chances that the Facebook Account login account and Passwords has been mistyped.

2) There are also chances of the Facebook password hacked.

Note: I recommend you try logging into the FB account in the Computer and check if it is working.

If not the passwordis hacked and you need to answer the security question then get back the access. DON'T FORGET TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD AS SOON AS YOU LOGIN.

You can also check this link: http://www.facebook.com/mobile/ Use that application in the mobile and try logging using that.. remember to uninstall the previous application you're using before you're installing this.

The above following steps should resolve the issue.

Revert me if you have any problems or need more attention on this issue :)
