May be the capacitor or too low on freon or maybe it is just too humid and ice is forming on the evaporator coils.

[1] Verify that the AC power cord is connected to the DCT*
and an AC outlet.
[2] If the DCT* is connected to a switched outlet on another

some dayes before the tp of pcb has burnt after replace the component "tp247"
ac working fine but after inserting the pcb in the box where it should be the ac all power goes no light no led no operation but after 5 to ten minutes automatically power up and start for 3 minutes and then again power off .........
