I stumbled upon the manual at the Sharp website even though this model didn't appear in their database on the first search. I looked up the next closest model, and low and behold there was a link on the page listing R 310. This link says R 312, but it specifies multiple models, including the R-310. http://www.sharpusa.com/files/mic_man_R312A.pdf

I can explain that. You enter the power level you want from 0 to high(10) the number corresponds to a percentage of time the cook cycle is ON. 5 being 50%, for each minute of cook time programmed the magnatron will be on 30 seconds and off 30 seconds. You can program anything from 10% to 90% in place of the high or "always on" setting. Eric
