Question about Baby Lock Sewing Machines
Did you replace the needle? Look at the hole in the plate and see if the sides are rough. If they are you may be able to cure them with your finger nail file. There is a hook under the plate that rotates or at least goes half way around. Remove this and check for marks that are rough, especially around the sharp end. If you find them you might be able to save it with some sand paper. Make sure you blow this area out and put a drop of sewing machine oil on the race (where the hook came from). Do all of these. If there is still a problem the needle arm may have gotten bent. Do all of these and you may save it yourself. Do one other thing. If your hook is too rough you can order a new one through the internet for about $ 25. You will only need the brand of sewing machine and model. Hope it works.

SOURCE: needle locked in right position
. The lock has a clamp arm which receives a threaded fastener and a needle tube arm which has a bore which receives the needle tab. The arms are integrally formed from stainless steel or other suitable sterilizable material. The lock is positioned about the needle tube and may be rotated relative to the needle tube retainer to a selected position and secured by tightening the fastener against the retainer. In this way, the tattoo machine is usable even if the retainer is broken or damaged.

SOURCE: Pfaff 7530/ electronic problem?
Where has it been for ten years? This could have a big affect on an electronic sewing machine.
Take the machine in to a sewing machine shop for service.

If your screen stated"main motor blocked" then I suggest you remove the thread, both the top and the bottom. Please change the needle too.but If the problem is unsolved, kindly loosen or unscrew the casing which is in the front of the bobbin, then look/find anything that might be obstructing the bobbin. check again the thread, bobbin and needle. Also for the last thing put an oil to the parts which you think it needs it like the moving parts re-start or reboot it then leave for a whole night.
Thank you and good luck...
