Question about Sony Handycam CCD-TR67 Camcorder
The camera won't work, because the tape ejector is always out. When you push it into the camera, the motor starts and the ejector slides down. However in a few minutes the whole thing pops up again and the tape holder pops out. Prior to this happening, I got online to learn how to get it to pop out since it couldn't be released, a step involving removing the battery, turning it off and on, etc.
Now I have the opposite problem, it won't stay closed. The first solution didn't ever get it working correctly, just on to the next.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

This problem can be caused by condensation. Leave camera and tapes in a warm dry place for a day and try again. If that doesn't help, there may be a tape threading fault. This can be something as simple as a broken drive belt, but still will require professional attention.
