Question about SanDisk Sansa c150 MP3 Player
How do you delete all songs on a c150 because i tried doing it through my computer but it says they are all gone
You can Right Click on the c150 in My Computer and select FORMAT.
This will erase all data on the device, but not the O/S.

I tried that, but after the bar moves across it returns an error saying something like "windows could not complete the format" Attempts to reflash the firmware results in a similar error. I see no option to restore the device to factory defaults but assume if it has that it would fail too.
