Fan does not run

Check to make sure that it has voltage if not see if the switch needs replacing, if it does then replace the shaded pole motor (from any appliance parts supply) with any after market one that turns the same direction and has the same shaft length, speed. If the fan blade doesn't fit they can supply one for the new motor that is a similar diameter

I am trying to replace the door handle. How to I

On MOST microwave ovens, you just have to remove the inner door panel that goes around the perimeter of the glass. The following link explains how to replace the door handle:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3696942-microwave_oven_door_handle_replacement

If the model number is correct, and you haven't purchased a replacement handle yet, the part numbers are WB15X10119 and WB15X10120. There are two pieces with the door handle on this model oven. Replacements may be purchased at the websites listed in the link I provided.

If you have any questions, or if your model number is different than the one listed, please post back and let me know. I hope this helps you.

Problem No power. We chthe fuse box and it is

Either the door latch is bad or power supply is shot. You can test power from supply to main board with a voltmeter and you can test the door switch with an ohmmeter.

Need to replace broken door handle. Cannot get to screws inside door to release broken handle and replace with new handle.

Look for a removable insert around the inside window. If not there may be screws along the outside edges to separate the door sections. Eric

Parts are available at www.repairclinic.com.
It seems as thought the display/circuit board needs to be looked at.
If you are handy take it apart while unplugged and look inside for loose wires to the display or visual evidence.
Otherwise it is best to call the store where you purchase it and a technician can suggest what to do.
It will depend on the age of it whether it is better to replace it or repair it.
