There is no drain plug or valve on most modern radiators. You have to remove the lower radiator hose in order to drain them.

this is part of the gear position switch on top of the trans where the shift linkage connects, it is mounted over the selector post that sticks out of the trans. Here is a picture.

Is there a radiator drain plug on a 2002Pontiac Grand Prix 3.1 L

The textbook method is to remove the drain plug on the bottom of the radiator.

Most drain plug ismake of inexpensive nylon/plastic and it may fall apart while you turn it.

The professional method is to loosen the lower radiator clamp and drop to lower radiator hose.

Drain the coolant onto a large drain pan and recycle the coolant

Where is the a/c drain line on a 95 Grand Prix SE

On the bottom of the A/C evaporator box. This case is located under the hood R/R area. To clear the drain you must be UNDER THE CAR. will probably abe a small hole in the plastic casing clogged and blocking the water. Poke this hole GENTLY to clear, lest you damage the A/C EVAPORATIOR. Hope this helps.
