How do i get into the safe when battery is low?

The battery has gone low and will not register the numbers

If the safe is correctly designed the batteries will be accessible from the outside. Is there a small hole under or near the keypad. If so this will be the latch to enable the cover to be slid off to insert new batteries. Insert paper clip in hole and slide keypad/cover off.
You don't give the make of the safe so more help is difficult.

Register won't respond to any thing says low battery


Most likely the memory batteries are low. According to the manual: Leave it plugged in and replace batteries located under the register tape cover. Should solve the problem.

Yes the key pad has some of the numbers I use gone or not working properly ,can not get it to open , any suggestions Mike


Allot of electronic safes use override keys in case of dead batteries or malfunction. Just note the model # and serial # and call a good locksmith to pick the lock or fit a key

Brian We can't give advise on the safe but you can call the manufacture of the safe and if you have registered it they will help you otherwise federal law requires a lock smith to identify you and your information and your ownership of the safe before they will unlock it for you. This is to protect you or the safe owner and the lock smith from being sued and losing his licence.. There should be a sticker on the safe with a 800 number for you to call to get help. But you must have registered it first. They may have a way to verify it some other way but am not sure.

after you changed the battries did you check the set point. it is also possible that the batteries have ruined the stat
