Question about Samsung SGH-T499
Press volume up, menu and power buttons. When Samsung logo appears let power button go till a dumping of menu appears. Now scroll with volume down key and select wipe data to factory reset your phone. Note, you will loose your personal contacts, photos, and any file on phone but problem solved.
