If you have kids, or tend to sit/sleep/stand/lean on your remote or have a dog that likes to chew on it - look to see if your tint has been set to the green side in the colour setup menu.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Bad color

If it is a glass crt then you need to have the set demagnatized with a demagnatizing coil. All tv shops have one. This is worth fixing and usually at the price of a service call.
