There should be battery's in the gondolier as well as the controller.
Usually they are the rechargeable type.

When I start powerr-up 3 propellers turn in unison but one prop only starts to turn when the power is almost at full power

I youtubed your Model: X4 H107 RC
All propellers are in unison. Your model may be faulty.
All videos I have found show all 4 propellers working at all times.
Check the one propeller and see if there is anything obscuring it's rotation. Otherwise contact the store or the manufactuer.

You need a mixer. Connect the microphone to the mixer and also the background music. That way you have separate control of volume for the voice and the music.
The background noise can come from different sources. One of them is from the laptop itself, if the laptop is noisy to begin with.

Purchased focus sport 2006 model no service manual. Mileage 43,000 kms. Need to know service intervals either time/mileage perhaps a copy of the service schedule will suffice.

These maintenance intervals come from the maintenance interval calculator
at www.autozone.com, using a starting point of 25,800 miles (43000 km), and
assuming 1000 miles (1666 km) driven per month, and "severe driving conditions," which
are actually normal usage characteristics, such as frequent short trips, urban driving, waiting in traffic, driving in hot weather, trips under 16 km in cold weather, etc.

First check to see you can turn the motor by hand. If it is stiff there's something wrong with the motor. If OK then have a look at the motor. If it works on 12 volts or under, you can attach a 9 volt battery PP9 type to it. If it's 6 volts, use a 6 volt battery! (You might have to remove any wires going to the motor to do the test). This should cause it to spin. If it doesn't it's dead. If it does check the voltage supply to the motor. Also check for broken plastic parts anywhere on the deck.

Sounds like the transmission might need an overhaul. Take it to a local vacuum repair shop and have them look at the transmission.

Heli max hicro helicopter just keeps spinning in circles

Spinning is caused by one of the main propellers rotating faster than the other. If both propellers are secured tightly to their drive shafts, the spin control knob on the remote control can be used to stop the spin. However, if one prop is slipping with respect to the other, the spin control knob will not fix the problem.
I've found that the set screws holding the propellers to the drive shafts tend to loosen after a while. If one prop is a bit loose and the other is tight, the relative slippage will cause the helicopter to spin.
To check, turn off helicopter power and manually rotate each propeller separately, watching the nylon gears in the body. If the propeller is moving and its drive shaft gear isn't, the propeller is slipping because its set screws are not applying enough pressure on the propeller's drive shaft.
Carefully tighten the set screw and the problem should be fixed. DON'T OVERTIGHTEN, or the plastic threads for the set screw will be stripped and the propeller assembly will be ruined.
