SOURCE: bostitch nail gun number SB-21n1 is jammed and

Hello. Begin by disconnecting the air hose. That way you can not get hurt while removing the jam. Get a pair of needle nosed pliers and remove each of the jammed staples. They will pull out I assure you. Then Use a little WD-40 or compressor oil to lubricate the working mechanism at the firing head. IF you must loosen up the mechanism to remove all of the staple parts be sure to use the correct size allen wrench. I am providing link to a free manual for your gun in case you don't have one:

How do I unjam a porter cable BN200SB nail gun

I suggest that you make sure that there is no air he tool so, remove the air supply. Then if you remove the cover from the nose (Making sure that you also take out all the unused nails first) it should allow access to the front nose plate. If you remove this, it will allow you to carefully remove the nail. While you're at it, check that the driver blade tip doesn't have any burring or damage to it. If so, you might need to fettle it back into shape or, replace it?

Nail broken off in the gun can not unjam, what is the procedure to remove broken nail?

The easiest and most effective way is to use a hammer and a long flathead screwdriver that you don't mind messing up. Place the nail gun upside down on a flat surface with the nose pointing up. If you have a vise it is advisable to put it in the vise.(Use a piece of rubber or a rag to secure) Use a flashlight to locate the driver inside the nose of the gun. Place the flathead screwdriver at an angle across the driver and use a heavy hammer. Give it a good whack. Do not hit in repeated motions. Hit one good whack and see if the driver moved then set up for another and give it a good whack. You should be able to dislodge the nail head in this way. Caution, be aware of where your hands are at all times. It is not uncommon to hit your hand or cut your hand on the nail gun when trying to do this.

I have a craftsman nailer full head framing gun. There is a jam of 2 nails in the cylinder. How do you unjam the gun

On that nailer, you have to remove the nail Magazine. And then clear jam thru the sloted open side. And then put the Magazine back on. Usually one big bolt on each side of the nose and 1 or 2 bolts on the rear body.
