Question about Samsung CLP Office Equipment & Supplies
Afternoon collective, I have one of these continuously rebooting. Originally, it was freezing whenever a few jobs were sent to it. It was freezing even when trying to print config pages etc. I have changed to many drivers, and all are having the same issue. Bear in mind, this was only happening when plugged into the network, hence, thinking there was a job stuck in the queue etc. I resorted to changing the main pwb (integrated NIC), but this didn't work. I upgraded the firmware, and now when jobs are sent, it reboots! I can finally print config pages, but users get greeted with a snap and the whirring of a reboot.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Have you tried going to safe mode, turning off the printer and manually opening it at the control panel>printers... try and delete or cancel prinitng at these settings...

I've had that problem before too, and found out that there were copies of the printer that had somehow installed themselves on my computer. All I needed to do was to choose to print with "konica minolta copy 1" instead of the one that I *thought* was installed and it worked. I then deleted the original printer and just stuck with the copy.

SOURCE: print jobs stick in prnt queue
A lot of users have no idea how to change the MS Office default from US to UK .. so they have US spellings and US paper sizes (known as 'Letter' sized) .. and (of course) any Document that started life in USA keeps it's size until some-one changes it ... since Letter size is almost the same as A4 no-one cares UNTIL they come to print it ...
I'm sure you can guess the rest :-)
Yes, the Printer is looking in it's feed tray for Letter sized paper .. yes, Letter doc's will print just fine on A4 and most printers have a setting somewhere that lets it use A4 when asked for Letter (often called "automatic A4<>Letter convert" or some such)
NB. when time permits, perhaps the unfortunate users can have their MS Office apps. set to UK mode :-)

Solved a similar problem by turning off the UAC (User Account Control) in Windows Vista and Windows 7 machines. Worked great without UAC on.
