i am kindly asking your help to solve me the problem i had as i know you people and i tried before thet you help me a lot and solve many problem for me thanks in which i succed.pls this time i have a problem in which i bought a reciever starsat sr/x5300cu super an when i was trying to upgrade the software alie b everything was going god and finish i connect it to my tv to get back to normal and i found that not all the channels ar in order i went back to my pc and try to upgrade another software of cas data hope it will work as soon i finished the software upgrade i went back to tv and on but no response i went back to connect to pc but it shows masage that the target it is not pluged or its off i tried alot but no use it is now not working either on tv or not responding to pc please fixya try to help me with this problem in may be by upgrading i have made a mistake.

Sorry for the late response.
I'm afraid that there aren't any known upgrades to decode kryptoworks encryption, besides this STB has only 1Meg flash memory and can only be use to receive FTA signals.

I re-did the guided setup in the Tivo under Messages & Settings/Restart-Reset System/Restart menu section in Tivo. Once I did that, it cleared this issue, even though I didn't have to change any of my settings thru this guided setup. I tried a reset alone first, but that did not fix it. Only this fixed it. We had lost both power and cable during a recent tree fall in a storm, and when both were restored, this problem started. I have a cable coax directly in the back of the TV (no cable box/IR etc) and the system is on a home wireless network. I actually have 2 identical Tivo's in the house set up the same way but only one had this problem. The other worked no different after the outage.
