try this and see if it helps

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If you're getting an error message, what does it say?

1- raise the volume .
2- check if the headphone is working using local files music .
3- check if sound card recognized , you need to install driver for it .
4- make sure you inserted the green plug to green in sound card holes .

in your router settings, when you set up your network, you have the option to have a "hidden "network, or one that will show up on the list of available networks. Go into your settings for your router, delete that location, and start a new one, only choose a different option. WEP, or WPA2

when anyone ring us, we can't hear them they are faint . they can hear us fine. is there a function on the phone or machine were i can turn the volume up to hear them ???
