Question about Samsung RS2630SH Side by Side Refrigerator
Freezer side is fine. Fridge side says it is at 34 but after putting a thermometer in it we learned it is 48 on top and 44 on the bottom.
I have several PCB Boards for Samsung Refrigerators for sale. All are new and in boxes, If interested please contact me through the board forums.

Samsung Refrigerators came with many different features. I need to be sure yours is the model RS2630SH If so I believe that defrost comes from the main control board on yours. You need to unplug and examine the freezer compartment behind the panel covering the evaporator. Looking over the wiring diagram the control comes from main board for the defrost element/heater to melt the ice on evaporator. If the evaporator is covered in ice you will need to defrost with a hair dryer and we will need to check the defrost heater with an ohm meter to make sure its OK first. If its OK then we need to visually look over the main control board for signs of heat or burn marks on both sides with power disconnected to the refrigerator. No defrost can cause this problem and the dampers from freezer if not opening properly will cause this. Let me know, Sea Breeze
