These phones all operate across pairs of wires. Usually the phones plug into a main box called a EMSS, (Electronic Modular Switching System) It has to be set up first, sort of "Programmed" before it will all work together. You need to also obtain the information on the EMSS unit, as this is the "Brains" of it all. The EMSS unit has a power connection, the phones generally do not. There must be wiring from the EMSS module out to each phone.
Once you sort that out, the phones should all simply work, when connected.

Hi Colleen When you say transfer calls to ther numbers do you mean to transfer one external number to another external number or numbers within the office?
