The circuit board is on the very bottom of your machine. Tilt it back and the black square you see with the phillips head screw is a cover that can be removed. (Make sure your machine is unplugged first) Once the cover is removed you'll see the board, gently move it out slightly and check to see if the 2 plugs that plug into the rear of the board are tight. One of those plugs is the motor wiring. Also check the switch, if it's bad the machine won't turn on. There is no fuse in this machine. One last issue is the bobbin shut off on the right side of the machine. It's located directly underneath the bobbin winding spindle. When you put the board back in the machine make sure you align the post from the winder shut off to the metal "flange" that hits the switch on the circuit board. That switch and shaft alignment could cause the machine not to run if it's assembled in a "pinched" position but you'd still have power to the light bulb. If the switch is good and the connections are good and the bobbin switch is aligned properly and your sure the cord is sending electricity through to the machine, then you power board is bad.
