Does samsung wep250 headset work with ps3

Just bought the p90, paired it, registered it in manage bluetooth devices, activated it and verified ops in audio devices, and it did not work. I turned the ps3 of and back on, worked fine.

It works fine for me. I can also hear songs on my wep250. You need to pair the device with default password 0000. Then it works fine.

make sure that the blue tooth is in "pairing mode" when the system is scanning.
reference to the bluetooth manual to put the device in pairing mode.

Yo i have the same problem except with a Samsung WEP250. I Disabled and deleted it off of my phone. And Now it wont scan my ps3. It might be the bluetooth problem. Go back to the store and ask them what went wrong. I am going to do the same.

Usually you have to scan for a bluetooth with your cellphone. But right before scanning press and hold the call botton in your. Bluetooth.

hold the button down until the light stays solid on the headset, power off, then hold down phone button, hold even after it turns on, blue light will stay solid. do this while serching with the ps3

To pair the SBH170 press and hold the Call button, and while holding it turn on the headset. The indicator (very small!) will flash as a light show (blue, red and purple, and then blue again). Choose Samsung SBH170 on you're phone list and confirm your desire to pair with it. Enter the passkey – 0000, the same as in the most headsets. I've managed to complete pairing in no time. And the next day the connection was resumed in a second.

You have to do 2 things in order to use a bluetooth headset on your ps3. First you have to pair it with the ps3. To do this you go to your setting and register the bluetooth device. Make sure your bluetooth device is in pairing mode when you do this. On most headsets you can simply hold down the button until the light comes on a solid color. once it is in pairing mode you will have to scan for new devices. Once this is done you should see the headset on the list. Choose it and enter your pairing code. If you have not set one it will most likely be 0000. Once it is it paired you will have to change your audio output and input. Go to audio device settings and change the input and output device to your headset name. Enjoy!
