Air con water leak thro the louvre - LG L1204R Air Conditioner

I heard that some portable air conditioners can leak water from the unit after being operated for about an hour or so if they are not on a level floor. <br /> I solved this with my DeLonghi air con after discovering the floor my unit was on had about 1 - 2 mm difference from one side to the other. By buying a small builder's liquid level (like you use to keep a line of bricks aligned) I used a small piece of wood (ruler thickness) under one side of the air con and no more leaks!
