If you use toner that says for use in instead of Kyocera brand toner this can happen you have to remove all the toner in the dv unit and install only Kyocera toner when you do that enter 1087 1087 then 130 and let it run until its done this will refill the dv unit with toner even though you have a copystar machine its made by Kyocera when it stops enter 01 then print to return to normal operating mode

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Ar m55on Keeps resetting will not stay on

If the copier is on the network and setup as a printer. Disconnect the network cable then turn the copier. Data from Mac computers would cause to do that. Delete the data from the queue.

It will not copy after I emptied the waste container.

There really isn't enough information given to give a proper solution. This copier has the drum light come on steady or flashing to indicate the waste toner needs to be removed. I don't know if you're a technician or not but lay people have emptied the toner cartridge instead of removing the drum, removing the cap on top of the drum, emptying the waste toner , replacing the cap on the drum, then putting the drum back into the copier. I've never had a copier keep the drum light on after doing this.

Let me know if you need more help.

COPIER

its self adding toner, besure your cartridge is not empty, take it out and shake it side to side. youll feel if its got toner, Remember kids, when you shake up toner, it gathers air and will leak or pour just like water. you may have to turn off & on so it completes its stir cycle a couple times. By they way, i,m not an apprentice or rookie. long time service co owner.
