You don't need a manual for this.
Place the handle drive lever in the locked, off position.
Remove the 2 screws for the handle them remove the handle, you may have to give it a good knock from the front with the heel of your hand. You should now see the front of the switch.
Remove the bad door and set a slide.
There should be a tool caddy at the top front of the unit now, may or may not have a clear door. Remove the tools and locate 3 screws if there was a turbo hand tool, or 4 screws without if 3 attachment tools.
Remove the tool holder and you will see the wiring and switch.
There are 2 kinds of switches; one with clips and one with wires coming directly out of it.
It would be helpful now to take a picture of what you're looking at for reference and ease of putting the wiring the new switch in place.
Remove the clips from the old switch or disconnect the wires.
You can now remove the switch from the body by pushing the clip on the top and bottom until it slides out the reverse side where you first removed the handle.
Push a new rocker switch into place, rewire with clips, or wire nuts according to the picture, drawing, scribble or mental note you made and reverse the rest of the steps.
When you are finished, slide the drive lever to on and you're ready to go. It's a good idea to check the motor filter under the bag, the long side filter and replace the flat belt if have not done previously in the last 6 months. Good luck.
There is no manual but here is a parts break down to see how things fit together. http://c.searspartsdirect.com/lis_png/PLDM/M0605111-00002.png
